Dua Lipa was seen donning an exquisite-looking dress at the TIME 100 event which took place in New York City on April 25th, 2024. The singer upgraded the fashion game by making a daring vogue statement with a custom-made alluring Chanel lace dress.
The TIME’s 100 Gala celebrated the release of their list of The Most Influential People In The World for 2024. The singer graced the event in an outfit that took about 1,000 hours to make.
For the event, the singer took the coquette aesthetic to the next level by arriving in a lace dress with aluminum and crystal rings. The dress was inspired by the 43rd look from Chanel’s Metiers d’art 2023/24 collection. This collection has also been vibrant and flowing, paying tribute to Great Britain.
With around 45,000 embellished and opulent segments in the dress, the Chanel dress has the elements of a plunging neckline and floral guipure. The long embroidered sleeves and the body-hugging material of the dress make sure that the dress accentuates the silhouette of the figure. Lipa’s dress featured a black satin bow along with a white resin decorative pin.
Dua Lipa opted for dainty and fine diamond accessories to go with her embellished and embroidered Chanel lace dress. The diamond strand necklace complimented the immersing neckline beautifully. The drop diamond earrings played a huge part in elevating the entire look of the outfit as well.
